- To foster a spirit of excellence, stewardship, and service through efficient and transparent administration, ensuring that the church is a vibrant hub of spiritual growth, community outreach, and impactful ministry.
- To enable the church’s mission to spread the gospel effectively by organizing resources, people, and activities in a way that furthers the spiritual and community goals of the church.
- Ensuring that all administrative work aligns with the church's core mission, values, and vision. Developing a structure that supports the ministry’s work, whether it’s through volunteers, staff, or organizational roles.
